Jose A. Videla, AIA, NCARB
Founder & CEO
With a master’s degree in architecture from “Universidad Catolica de Cordoba” (UCC), Argentina, Jose brings over 22 years of experience designing and managing multi-million dollar projects of various scales, budget, and scope, including single family custom residential, educational, commercial, institutional, and recreational, from startup to completion. He is a licensed architect in California and Texas and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Jose has remarkable design and presentation skills with proven knowledge of space planning, master planning, programing, facility assessment, and feasibility studies.
Jose also has deep understanding of business operations, business development, and marketing with focus on client engagement and retention.
Throughout his career, Jose has been exposed to all aspects of the profession, including leadership positions, mentoring, managing consultants, team building, client representation, programming, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Jose enjoys riding his off-road motorcycles, working on cars, and doing outdoor activities, including spending time with his family and engaging in projects that enrich his handy skills.
Mariella Conti
President
Mariella has a master’s degree in architecture from “Universidad Catolica de Cordoba” (UCC), Argentina. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the fields of business operations, teams training, project management, quality control, and construction administration.
She is an expert in ISO 9001 Quality Management System standardizing Operational Processes for technical procedures. She works closely with the leadership team on company growth strategies and implementation plan. She utilizes leadership strategy programs such as "4 Disciplines of Execution" to support organizational growth paths.
Mariella is also responsible for organizing, scheduling, and planning multiple projects by establishing and maintaining positive and strong working relationships with clients, contractors, project consultants, suppliers, and vendors. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills are reflected in her workshop presentations and customer service. Some of Mariella’s key specialties include forensic architecture, construction defects, case analysis, and field observation for both residential and commercial construction. She also focuses on the firm’s quality control, construction systems, good practices, and risk management.
Her strong understanding of building envelope for single-family and multi-family residential and commercial projects involving various types of cladding systems deems her an expert in building waterproofing consultation, construction defects litigation cases, construction risk management, and quality assurance.
